Geoffrey Chackel

Geoffrey Chackel graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1999. Following graduation, he clerked for the Hon. Michael R. Hogan (Ret.), Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. In 2001, Geoffrey was hired at Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne, a prestigious local San Diego firm where he quickly earned his way to partner. Later he became a partner in the employment and business litigation departments of Gordon & Rees, LLP, a large national firm, and Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, a large local firm in San Diego, before starting Chackel Law in 2014.

Geoff has extensive experience in all facets of civil employment litigation and has tried matters to conclusion in both court and arbitral forums.

Since 2001, Geoff has been a dedicated client advocate and counselor with a proven track record of successfully representing clients in difficult and contentious employment litigation. His ability to build client relationships and achieve results sets him apart from his competition.

Geoff and his family live in San Diego, California.
